Jolene is a wonderful teacher and goes through all the steps in great detail. I had so much fun creating my creatures and I am really looking forward to taking all the techniques I learned and applying them to future projects. Thank you!

I have valued the extensive tips and hints for successful animal building and decoration. The course has certainly inspired me to continue building as it has added to my skill set.

This course was a perfect starting point to learn the basic techniques and skills needed for making fun sculptures. I will need time to practice and discover my own style but I have all the tools needed for that and I will go back to the videos to freshen up certain steps now and then. I was happy and surprised by the creatures I could already create on my first attempt.

I absolutely enjoyed this course! You have a calm voice and calming nature making the course feel very approachable. In additional you offer great tips while also encouraging the artist to trust their creative vibe and process. It's a fabulous mix of instruction and support. I highly recommend this course.

The course encouraged to play with clay, to let loose and be free. It had a great, laid back approach towards mistakes and a cheeky, playful atmosphere throughout the course. It made me smile and feel warm, and I believe these feelings are transferred into the pieces I made and will make in the future with this method I learned.

This course opened a door into creative sculpture I didn’t think I could enter. Following along with the course sections and Jolene’s thoughtful and detailed instructions I was able to create whimsical animals that I loved. The techniques Jolene shares alongside the beautiful creatures she crafts during the course are informative and inspiring. The whole process from beginning to end was so enjoyable. I ended up making 8 pieces during the course and look forward to expanding my skills with the foundation this course provided. Jolene’s style of teaching is warm and engaging. I have taken 4 of her courses and absolutely loved each one.

I’m so glad I participated in the Creative Creatures online course. I have very limited sculpture experience and I have never done an online class before. I was pleased that I could complete it in my own time. The content was informative and Jolene’s delivery and explanation along with her beautiful creative energy gave me the confidence to build and decorate beyond my expectations and has inspired me to keep exploring sculpture.
